Tis the season!

I love this time of year, it is my favorite holiday. And it's even more fun this year because Liam is old enough to enjoy it. I probably overdid it a little bit but it was so fun to shop for him. We put up our Christmas tree the weekend after Christmas and no ornaments on the bottom couple of feet will stay on (due to a little helper). We also put some lights around the windows. Liam is fascinated by the tree and will go over and touch it. We got some Christmas pictures taken, even family ones, that you can see below. Liam is a lot more difficult to take pics of these days. We mostly got serious face but at least he didn't cry, he did try to run out of the room every chance he got. The funny part was when it wasn't his turn, he kept trying to go in and see other people get their pictures taken. But I think we got some cute ones. I just ordered Christmas cards and with any luck I will send them out before Christmas Eve. We haven't been up to much, just hanging out. Liam is learning lots of new things, he will now say woof if you ask him what a doggie says, he can open some doors (this one is a little dangerous, we now have to remember to lock the deadbolt so he can't go outside by himself), twisting caps on and off, where his toes and belly button are, he's also learned a bunch of new words like book, see, get, shoe and cheese. He also talks up a storm but we don't understand it. I do have a few other pictures but a bunch from the last month were lost when my memory card malfunctioned. I will try and post more later but for now, Liam is up from his nap and calling for me. Merry Christmas to all and we hope you have a wonderful holiday!
